Service Description
You will learn how to achieve food freedom and how to stop being dependent on restarts (beginning of the year, beginning of the week, deadlines) to start a lifestyle change. Food freedom means not depending on external rules to eat. That is, having the freedom to choose WHAT to eat, WHEN to eat, and HOW MUCH to eat. And making that choice without moral judgment or guilt. Understanding what happens behind physiological processes, creating food awareness, and knowing what will truly bring you closer to your goal are fundamental points to sustaining a healthy habit for a long time. Because it makes no sense to restrict yourself for a period and then end up regressing to a point before you started. Your health will thank you for changes made gradually and respectfully! You will also have access to content about nutrition, how your body reacts to the consumption of certain foods or drinks, and understand, once and for all, the reasons why you should adopt healthy habits in a pleasurable, gradual, and most importantly, long-term way.
