About me

My Education
I am a nutritionist with a postgraduate degree in Vegetarian Nutrition, and I have completed several courses related to gastrointestinal health and behavioral nutrition. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Behavioral Neurophysiology at the Federal Fluminense University, and this training reflects my commitment to deepening my scientific knowledge and applying it in clinical and educational practice.
I've always enjoyed working with people and teaching, which is why I say that my work, above all, is about nutritional education. I believe that understanding how the body works, what each food can provide us, and how nutrition can transform our quality of life is essential for lasting change.
In my clinical practice, I see patients with diverse profiles, but I specialize in people with intestinal issues and those who wish to improve their relationship with food. I use a science-based approach, integrating individualized behavioral and dietary strategies to achieve balance and well-being.
My passion for teaching is reflected in Tribu Educação, where I serve as vice-coordinator and teacher, in addition to creating educational content on YouTube and leading study groups for students. Tribu is a school dedicated to the continuing education of healthcare professionals, aligned with my purpose of transforming lives through knowledge.
I am also a speaker and regularly participate in conferences and courses, keeping myself updated through recent scientific literature. I believe that continuing education is essential for providing ethical and high-quality work, whether in individualized service or in teaching fellow professionals.
The power of healthy eating fascinates me. Transformations such as feeling more energetic, improving digestion, or changing the relationship with food demonstrate the impact nutrition can have on people's lives. My mission is to help each patient and student use food to their advantage and to the advantage of their patients, promoting health and quality of life.

Cooking therapy
In 2020, I began training as a healthy and functional chef, with the goal of acquiring more culinary skills and having a broad repertoire of techniques and recipes to make life easier for the people I work with.
For me, cooking represents a moment of connection with food, and it's not uncommon to find people whose relationship with food has changed when they started cooking more.
Furthermore, I always try to advise patients on food preparation, how to use practicality to their advantage, what we can do to improve nutrient availability, and how cooking at home can be simpler and more accessible.
